- Site conditions
- Material availability
- Design modifications
Customer approval is required before additional work proceeds.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
- Deposits may be required before work begins
- Progress payments may be scheduled
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Failure to make payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
Scheduling and Delays
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Ensure site access and readiness

Subcontractors
Cole Construction may use qualified subcontractors to complete portions of the project. All work is managed to maintain quality standards.
Warranty Disclaimer
We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship. Warranty terms, if applicable, will be provided in writing.
Unless specified, services are provided “as is” within industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
Cole Construction is not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural issues
- Delays beyond our control
- Indirect or incidental damages
Liability is limited to the value of services provided.
